Firstly we hope you are all well and safe. These are worrying and extreme times.
The Sound Post Ltd – We are open for business
First and foremost, we are following WHO and the Government’s guidelines. We are operating stringent hand hygiene policies and asking our delivery drivers to maintain guideline personal distances when delivering and collecting.
Our staff are presently all working, although we are encouraging working from home where appropriate and from next week, we will be supporting those members of staff with school aged children.
Processing and Dispatch
Our lovely Office Staff: We are continuing to take orders by:
Phone- we are happy to have human contact
Email – We are picking emails up at work and home
On-line Ordering System (if you have not registered for or previously used our on-line ordering platform do try it or get in touch)- You can send these 24/7
Our warehouse team: We are continuing to pick, pack and dispatch
New Additional Services:
We realise that Social Distancing almost certainly means your customers are not coming in as frequently. However, they may still be in touch with you and need your services. Likewise getting to the Post Office could potentially be considered “non essential”.
NEW TEMPORARY SERVICES:
DIRECT SHIPMENT TO YOUR CUSTOMERS: We will drop ship or post out your orders DIRECT to your customers. Please give us your order, the Customers Details with address (mobile number/ email for Tracked Parcels). No order is too small (or too big!).
Postal Charges: For Drop Shipment ONLY we will simply charge you the FRANKED POSTAGE plus 50p for packing materials.
DIRECT SHIPMENT TO YOUR HOUSE: if you or your staff are Self Isolating or working from home and can’t get into work. We are happy to send orders to Alternate Addresses. Just give us the details.
