You came and asked clearly what you could for me and went beyond just selling out of a catalogue to tailor products and quantities to suit me.
And not to be neglected, the whole Sound Post team always do as much as they can to satisfy an order and keep me informed. Every time I order at a decent time of day, I get a package the next day, all present and correct.
