That The Sound Post Ltd moved from London to Wiltshire. Before we re-located to Heytesbury, the company operated from the Heliport Industrial Estate, Battersea and no, we didn’t arrive in Wiltshire by helicopter. Some vaguely interesting facts:
Heytesbury was the home of war poet Siegfried Sassoon for much of his life and features as a name extensively in Perth, Western Australia subsequent to the family association with the Holmes à Courts.
Codford St.Peter, our next move, is primarily associated with prawns as one of the main UK distribution centres and we did receive a shipment of langoustines in place of cellos one summer’s day afternoon (covered in ice).
We are now firmly settled into Jocelyn House, Warminster. Twenty years from Battersea. It’s been quite a journey.
