Guadagnini Viola: Giovanni Battista Guadagnini, 1785
Modern interpretations of iconic instruments from the workshop of Xue Ping Hu of Beijing. The Guadagnini is a superb example to reproduce in smaller sizes period, offering a mezzo quality without the resulting loss in projection. From Guadagnini’s Turin period this is one of the last examples of his work before his death in 1786. A modern interpretation. Strings available separately.
